JUST FOLLOW THE STEP...
1. Register to ProXPN. or http://proxpn.com
2.Download the ProXPN Application
3. Install ProxPN (dont run the application yet)
note: Intall it on your Program Files
4.Connect your Prepaid Broadband (globe Tattoo, Smart Bro, Sun Broadband etc)
note: Even without Load
5. Go toC:\Program Files and Search for the ProXPN Folder and Open the Config Folder inside it..
6. After Opening the Config folder, Search for the Proxpn Config FILE and Open it with NOTEPAD and Scroll down until you reach the bottom and youll see the Numeric IP Address or Proxy Address..
Change the Ip with this working IP 212.118.224.152 and Save
note: make sure it is Port 80
7. Go to your Network Connection Manager and Find TAP-WIN32 ADAPTER V9 and open the Properties..Uncheck all Except the INTERNET PROTOCOL (TCP/IP) and Save.
8. Connect Your ProXPN and Your Ready to Browse...
